Welcome to Committee for South African Solidarity (COSAS), an all-volunteer, private membership association providing solidarity with the efforts of the South African people to fully implement the 1955 Freedom Charter, which guarantees to the people many rights, including the right to land, jobs and the wealth of the nation.

COSAS member Sal Naidoo (deceased 13 July 2023) who signed up the founding year of COSAS. Naidoo encourage her brother N.T Naicker who went on to found COSAS. After N.T.'s death, Naidoo became active in COSAS' work, carrying on her brother's legacy.
